Property

This section of the cemetery contract is specific to the property that a family selects.  Oakland Cemetery & Mausoleum offers traditional burial options as well as an array of cremation options.  If a family chooses traditional burial, then the property is limited to ground property, lawn crypts, or mausoleum crypts.  If cremation  is chosen, their are a host of options including niche inurnment.

This section of the cemetery contract covers the cemetery merchandise selected by the family.  This typically includes the following items:

• Crypt / Niche Lettering
• Markers / Monuments
• Benches
• Foundations and Bases
• Vases / Urns
• Installation Charges

Funeral Merchandise

This section of the cemetery contract covers the funeral merchandise selected by the family.  This typically includes the following items:

• Vaults
• Opening / Closings
