Sharon Kaye (Saxby Van Heeren, 71, Freeport, went to be with the Lord on the sunny morning of July 17, 2014. She was born on May 27, 1943, to Pauline and Warren Saxby. She is survived by 4 siblings, Eugene Saxby of Lena, IL, Tracey (Craig) Robieson of Lena, IL, Karon Dundee of Lena, IL, and Teresa Kreider for Orangeville, IL.. She is also survived by her 8 children, Paule (Buck) Widener of Barnsdall, OK, Harold Van Heeren Jr., of Freeport, IL, Barbara Van Heeren of Lancaster, PA, Dena (Terry) Shaver of Lancaster, Pa, Warren Van Heeren of Freeport, IL, Shana (Dave) Van Heeren of Freeport, IL, Eugene Van Heeren of Freeport, IL, and Joshua Van Heeren of Evansville,IN; and 8 grandchildren, Marion Ripley, Charles Ripley, David Van Heeren, Keri (Jeff) Ludwig, Tiffanie (Mike) Cooke, Elsie Compton, Heather Van Heeren, Lila Ripley, Mallery Ludwig, Myles Ludwig, Barry Cooke, and Ariya Brubaker. She was preceded in death by her father Warren Saxby and her brother, Gerry Saxby . Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday, July 25, 2014, in the Chapel of Peace at Oakland Cemetery & Mausoleum.
