Marquette Cooley, 79,Cedarville, died Saturday, March 29, 2014, st Stephenson Nursing Center in Freeport. Born February 1, 1935, in Singer, LA. he was the son of Isaac and Annie (Pierce) Cooley. He was a veteran of the United States Army. Surviving are his wife, Margaret (Ottenhausen) Cooley of Cedarville; three daughters, Robin Cooley, Susan (Lance) Culber, Sarah (Jeff) Achterberg; one son, Scott Cooley, nine granchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren. Preceding him in death were his parents; son, Mark (April 5, 2014), stepmother, Rose; three sister, Mildred, Monique, Margie.
